The National Organization of Professional Black NRCS Employees (NOPBNRCSE) will host its Annual Training Conference December 9 - 11, 2008 in Atlanta, Georgia.

Theme: "Conservation as a Public Policy: One Purpose, One Passion - Sustaining Our Natural Resources"
